Liquids, large bags, or sharp items are not allowed and must be left in the cloakroom. Please carry your valid ID/passport. Failure to do may result in denied entry. Pacemakers should carry their certification as well.
It is compulsory to provide the first and last name of every passenger on every booking. Please email the first and last name of every passenger to support@isango.com once you have made the booking. Customers without a valid ID card or with a name not matching the ticket will be refused the entrance. It will not be possible to change the name on a ticket once it is purchased.
